Games your participants play on their phones, in the room or on Zoom

Put the game on the big screen, let people join with a QR code, and get real scores and metrics for your debrief. One session works for in-person and online groups.

How it works

From the big screen to everyone's phone in under a minute.

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Start a session

Pick a game and open the presenter screen on the projector, TV or your shared Zoom window.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Scan to join

Participants scan the QR code or type the short code. A web page opens; there's nothing to install.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Play and debrief

Phones become controllers, the big screen shows the shared board, and the results feed straight into your debrief.

More than a Miro template

Free templates and physical games are great, but they leave the scoring, timing and debrief to you. This platform handles them.

Big-screen presenter mode

A clean, readable board made for projectors and large TVs, with the join code always visible.

Automatic scoring and metrics

Velocity per round, value delivered and who chose what, collected for you and ready for the debrief.

Facilitator controls

Start, pause, next round, reset. Split people into teams and run the timer from your laptop.

Built for every Scrum role

Scenarios for Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers, so each group practices what matters to them.

Games

Six games, each with instructions for the big screen, facilitator tips and debrief questions. Try any of them in the demo.

Trial plan

Feature Market

Product Owners · Prioritization and value

Everyone gets a small budget and the features cost more than one person can pay. People pool their money to buy what matters most, and the debrief reveals how much business value they actually bought.

Trainer plan

Estimation Cards

Whole team · Relative estimation

One backlog item at a time, everyone picks a card in secret. When all cards are revealed together, the highest and lowest explain their thinking, and the team re-votes or settles on an estimate.

Trainer plan

Pass the Point

Whole team · Iterations and flow

The team forms a chain. A point scores when it has passed through every player. Each round the team forecasts how many points they'll score, plays against the clock, and then improves its process by changing the order or the WIP limit.

Trainer plan

Story Slicing

Product Owners & Developers · Thin, valuable slices

The group splits one big epic into thin slices that each deliver value on their own. Everyone tags their slices with the splitting pattern they used, then puts dots on the slices they'd build first.

Trainer plan

Retro Board

Whole team · Retrospectives

A retrospective on everyone's phone. People write notes into the columns of a classic format without seeing each other's notes, then reveal them together and vote with dots on what to work on.

Who Decides?

Scrum Masters & teams · Delegation and self-management

For each situation, everyone picks in secret who should decide: from the manager deciding alone to the team deciding on its own. Revealing the cards together shows where expectations differ, which is exactly what the team needs to talk about.
